LegendGames ProductsPayments and BillingAppointments and Customer SupportAfter more than three years and over 141,000 support tickets handled with Zendesk, we decided in April 2025 to move our entire customer support operation to a customized version of our own product - LegendGuard Support.
For our support articles and the new Support Hub, we chose GitBook due to its significantly lower cost and its wide range of built-in design options for standard articles - without the need for custom-developed add-ons.
While Zendesk cost us over $100,000 per year for 52 support agents, our new setup with GitBook and our internal system is estimated to cost just $7,000 per year. This change allows us to reduce expenses significantly while continuing to deliver the excellent customer support and high-quality Support Hub that our users expect.
