In accordance with Article 11 of the EU Regulation 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act, DSA), we provide a dedicated contact point for authorities, users, and EU institutions.

As our company is established outside the European Union, we have designated a legal representative within the EU in accordance with Article 13 DSA. This representative also serves as our official contact point for DSA-related matters.

Languages accepted

Communications may be submitted in any official language of the European Union. For faster processing, we recommend using German or English.

All communications received through this contact point will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of processing the request.
