Where Do Appointments Take Place?

If you’ve scheduled a personal consultation with one of our team members, you can choose from several flexible communication formats. This allows you to connect in the way that’s most convenient and comfortable for you.

This article provides an overview of:

  • available formats for personal consultations

  • how to prepare for your appointment

  • what to expect in case of delays

  • which payment methods we accept

Important: Written-only appointments (e.g., via WhatsApp, email, or chat) are no longer supported. All appointments now involve direct conversation (audio or video).

Available Communication Formats

We currently offer live oral appointments via the following platforms:

Phone Call

You will receive a direct phone call from your assigned team member. This is a simple and reliable way to discuss your topic, especially if you prefer not to use internet-based tools.

  • Available in most countries

  • Please ensure your phone number is accurate and accessible at the scheduled time

  • International charges may apply depending on your location and phone plan

Discord Voice Call

Join your appointment via our official Discord server using a private voice channel.

  • Ideal for tech-savvy users or regular Discord users

  • Requires membership in our official server

  • We recommend using a headset for best audio quality

  • Video option available upon request

Zoom or Google Meet

Prefer a video call? We offer scheduled consultations via Zoom or Google Meet upon request.

  • A good choice for team or group consultations

  • Includes screen sharing, ideal for walkthroughs or technical support

  • Link will be provided at least 24 hours before the appointment

  • Please test your camera and microphone in advance

Preparing for Your Appointment

To make the most of your session, we kindly ask you to:

  • Be ready and available at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time

  • Have all necessary files, documents, or questions ready

  • Ensure your audio setup is working (microphone, headset, etc.)

  • Check that you have access to the selected platform (e.g., Zoom link, Discord server)

If you are having trouble connecting, please contact our support team as soon as possible — we’re happy to help.

What Happens If There’s a Delay?

We always aim to start on time, but sometimes previous appointments may run over. If this happens:

  • You will receive real-time updates via your preferred contact method (email or mobile)

  • If the delay exceeds 45 minutes, your appointment will be free of charge, and you’ll have the option to reschedule at no additional cost

We appreciate your patience and will do everything we can to minimize wait times.

Payment Options

Depending on the type of consultation you’ve booked (Basic or Premium), fees may apply. You’ll receive payment instructions after your appointment has been confirmed.
